How long will my website take?
Once you’ve booked and shared your content, your customised website will be ready in 4 weeks or less. You’ll know your exact launch date when we kick off.
Do I need to buy a Showit subscription?
Yes - your site will be built on Showit, which is a paid platform. They offer a free 14-day trial and I’ll share my exclusive code for an extra free month. They have plans for without a blog, with a blog and for migrating an existing blog.
What if I don’t have branding or copy yet?
No worries. You’ll get a clear content guide from me that makes it super simple to pull together your words, images, and brand elements. (And if you need referrals for copywriters or photographers, I’ve got friends I can recommend.)
Can you customise any Showit template, or only yours?
Both! You can choose one of my own templates (included in your package at no extra cost), or if you’ve already purchased another designer’s template, I can work my magic on that too.
Is SEO included?
I don’t offer a full SEO package, but your site will be set up with SEO-friendly basics. That means your text tags, mobile ordering, and page structure will be done for you, and I’ll guide you on simple tweaks like where to add your location keywords so your site is set up to be found. Plus you'll receive my Showit SEO Basics Guide so you know exactly where to put those keywords too.
Will I be able to make changes myself afterwards?
Absolutely. You’ll have full control of your site, plus a guide on how to edit and update your template with ease - no coding needed.
Can I have a blog on the website?
Yes! Showit integrates with Wordpress so you get the blogging capabilities of Wordpress mixed with the beautiful design from your Showit website. You simply need to integrate it which Showit can help with when the time comes.
How does payment work?
You can choose to pay in full or spread payments across 2 or 3 months. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll get immediate access to your onboarding call and client portal.
I’m not techy at all… will I be able to manage this?
Yes! Showit is drag-and-drop simple, and I’ll deliver your site fully set up. You’ll have a polished website that’s easy to manage, plus access to Showit’s friendly support team for any tech questions.
What if I need more than the standard pages?
You’ll get all the essential pages (home, services, about, contact, portfolio, blog). If you’d like extra add-on pages, we can absolutely add those on for an additional fee.
